Made homemade pizza pockets. Pizza dough recipe, sliced up, filled with toppings, rolled up, cooked. Froze most of them for Brian's lunches and for on-the-go meals. Lunchmeat and cheese, spinach and cheese, pepperoni and cheese. Will definitely do this again.
