pretty and...not so pretty!

At my baby shower, Lacey gave me these beatiful blue flowers (which have stayed looking pretty for more than a week now). The day Blake was born, Brian gave me these 3 roses (one for each of our boys) after we had gotten settled in to our room. I wondered where they came from, since Brian hadn't left my side since we had gotten to the hospital. He said he had picked them this morning before we left home (which was about 6 this morning). So sweet!! What guy thinks of this at 6 in the morning, let alone 6 am on the day of induction!

Jacob and Tyler have been playing more and more with each other all the time. I love it! They're so cute together. Today Jacob was reading this book to Tyler and helping him learn new words. He is quite the good teacher.

The not so pretty...Tyler took a spill onto the sidewalk while he was using his walker outside. Youch!!! Only cried for about 20 seconds...I would have been crying a lot longer than that. Made me cringe every time I looked at it.
